What is a USB flash drive / Memory Stick / Pen Drive?
Used interchangeably USB flash drive / Memory Stick / Pen Drive is a memory drive which acts like a portable hard drive, allowing you to store a large amount of data in a device small enough to carry around with you. With a USB flash drive, you can keep your important documents on you at all times, for convenience, safety and ease of sharing.
Will my USB flash drive work on all computers?
Yes, any computer, PC or Mac, which has a USB port will accept a USB flash drive.
How much data will my USB flash drive be able to hold?
The amount of data your USB flash drive will hold depends on the memory size you choose. To help illustrate this, a 32MB USB flash drive will hold the equivalent of 15 photos or 7 MP3s, whereas an 8GB USB flash drive will hold the equivalent of 3919 photos or 1959 MP3s. If you are unsure of the memory capacity you need, please contact us and we will happily advise you.

It depends on the type of USB flash drive you choose, and the look you want to achieve. The four main methods of branding your USB flash drive are screen printing, photo printing, laser engraving and embossing which can be done both sides. We will advise you of the best method for your needs, if you are unsure.
How can I see my company’s logo on the USB flash drive before I order?
We have ensured the ordering process is as easy as possible, which is why you can trial your company logo on however many USB flash drives as you like, all from the comfort of your office or home. Simply upload your logo while filling the order form or email it to info@sunrayusb.com. If you can’t find the perfect USB for your logo, please contact us and we will help establish the flash drive you want and then source this for you.

How do I place my order?
We have made the ordering process as easy and effective as possible. Simply choose the design, play around with your logo on the screen so you can see exactly how it will look, and then contact us. For more details, please see our Order Guide.
What is the minimum order?
50 USB flash drives.
What is the lead time?
Our standard delivery time, from the place of order to when your USB flash drives or accessories arrive, is 7 – 10 business working days. However, if you need your order sooner than this, please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, please feel free to email us outside of these hours and we will always respond within one business day.
